Frequently asked questions

RESERVATIONS
Our Concierge team will be happy to guide you in selecting the treatments or journeys suited to your needs. A credit card or PRO Club Membership with an on-file Club Credit Agreement is needed when scheduling. Gratuities on individual services are provided at your discretion, while a 20% gratuity is included with all Journeys and Spa Soirees.
CANCELATIONS
We request that schedule changes be made 24 hours in advance. Cancelations made less than 24 hours and non-arrivals will be charged the full treatment rate. Special requirements apply to Spa Soirees.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to any spa service and 10-15 minutes prior to a salon service. For comfort and security please leave jewelry and other valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To maintain the Spa’s relaxing and tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you speak softly and that cellular phones and portable devices be turned off and stored in your locker. Electronic devices are not allowed in our spa locker rooms.
STAFF GRATUITY
Gratuities of 20% for Journeys and Soirées, and 3% for support staff are automatically included at check out. Gratuity for spa and salon providers are recommended at your discretion.
EXTEND THE EXPERIENCE
Allow time to relax in the lounge after your treatment, or enjoy the women’s only spa dining area for lunch. Our whirlpool, steam and sauna facilities are all complimentary extensions of your spa experience.
FOR YOUR COMFORT
In keeping with PRO Club’s highest commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we exceed the state of Washington’s sterilization and equipment sanitization standards for all service and treatments. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your experience to utilize our shower amenities or you may come freshly showered to your appointment.
INTAKE FORM
If you are receiving a massage or skincare service for the first time or have not visited The Spa in the past twelve months, please visit us at https://www.proclub.com/club/the-spa to print an intake form for your service.
HEALTH CONSIDERATION
When making your reservation, please inform us of any special healthconcerns you may have. Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions or allergies.
HYDRATION
With your health and comfort in mind, we recommend that you refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages before your spa treatments and encourage drinking water before and after to enhance results.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Our spa locker room and dining room are adult-only. Youth under the age of 16 are not permitted. Youth ages 9-15 may enjoy our spa lounges prior to service. All minors (up to age 18) must have a parent present for initial massage and facial consultation, and a release form must be signed and updated annually. Youth up to age 8 may receive a salon service with a parent present. Children are not allowed to accompany adults to their scheduled services.
